Fintri Of The PDP Wins Adamawa State Governorship Election

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) competitor in the simply closed Adamawa State governorship decision, Ahmadu Fintiri, has been pronounced the victor of the rerun race in the state.

Fintiri, a previous acting legislative leader of the state, verified 376,552 votes to vanquish officeholder Governor Jibrilla Bindow of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who surveyed 336,386 votes.

The vote edge between the PDP competitor and that of the APC is 40,166.

The PDP competitor was announced the victor by the Returning Officer for the decision at the early long stretches of Friday morning, conveying to a determination an emotional assemblage process.
